Ursula Kahric, LMSW

Ursula is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), receiving her bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Psychology from American University and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She previously worked with high-risk adolescents as a clinical intern on the inpatient unit at Adventist Behavioral Health and in multiple outpatient settings working with primarily adolescents and young adults with anxiety and depression. Ursula has received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), SMART Recovery, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through humor and authenticity, Ursula highly values the therapist-client relationship and works with clients to help achieve their life worth living goals.
