Sara Boothe

Sara Boothe is the Enrollment Director for Embark Behavioral Health Ashburn. Sara graduated from Marymount University with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. She has been working in the mental health field for over 7 years, with a special focus on eating disorders and body image. Sara has been lucky enough to work with clients of all ages, and various life struggles. Sara has provided individual and group therapy throughout multiple levels of care that include inpatient hospitalization, residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient. Sara seeks to bring high levels of empathy and authenticity to treatment in order to increase the self-compassion, confidence, and motivation of those she cares for. Upon meeting Sara, you can expect a lively energy that leaves one feeling hopeful and welcomed. When Sara is not at work, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and being with friends and family.
