Molly Freemantle, LCSW

Clinical Director - Transition

Molly Freemantle is our Clinical Director at the Transition office located in Stafford, TX, and has been with Fulshear Treatment to Transition since 2013.

Before becoming Clinical Director, Molly developed her therapeutic approach and relational skill having previously filled the role of therapist, specializing in Attachment theory, Trauma-informed practice, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Prior to that, she managed and operated the equine program at the Ranch as our equine specialist and was originally a member of our Residential team.

Molly is a born and raised Houstonian, having grown up within five minutes from downtown Houston. She temporarily moved away to San Antonio to pursue her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After returning to the Houston area and joining Fulshear’s vision, Molly attended the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work and received her Master of Social Work alongside her LMSW, and later LCSW, from the state of Texas.

She has always found a sense of purpose by making a difference in the world and being an agent of change in the lives of others. Molly focuses on providing experiences where feelings of hope, acceptance, belonging, and the belief in humanity are found and restored.

She and her partner, Michael, live with their two young children and three fur-babies in the surrounding area of Houston. During her down time, Molly enjoys nature walks with her family, gardening, trying new restaurants with friends, home décor, wholesome road trips accompanied by a great playlist, camping, attending concerts (pre-covid and babies), and remembering to breathe and be grateful for all of it.
