Therapist

Beradin has been a therapist since 2015, using attachment theory and emotion-focused therapy as the foundation of her work. She believes that recognizing patterns is key to making meaningful changes—because once you can identify a pattern, you can do one thing differently and create realistic, lasting change. Beradin is known for her direct yet compassionate approach, always prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship that allows her to challenge clients in a way that is both supportive and honest. She holds unconditional positive regard for those she works with, ensuring they feel safe enough to explore and grow.

After immigrating to the U.S. at age seven, Beradin made Los Angeles her home. Her experience spans community mental health, school settings, PHP, IOP, short-term residential, and now long-term transitional care. She has also taught master’s-level courses in an MFT program, furthering her passion for shaping future therapists. She is committed to helping clients and families understand that while change can be uncomfortable, they always have a choice between facing short-term discomfort or staying stuck in long-term dysfunction.

Outside of her work at OPI, Beradin enjoys spending time with her corgi, Murphie—an honorary member of the OPI office team—along with her loved ones. She finds joy in long walks, yoga, road trips, and quiet moments of reflection. Whether in her personal life or professional practice, her ultimate goal remains the same: to help others step into their most authentic, fulfilled selves.
