Beradin Jezeh

Beradin Jezeh, M.A., LMFT

Therapist

Beradin, who has been a therapist for the past 8 years, specializes in using attachment theory and emotion-focused therapy as the foundation of her practice. She serves as a secure attachment base for her clients, guiding them in exploring their past behavioral patterns and underlying emotional experiences, with the ultimate aim of alleviating human suffering. Beradin is known for her direct and compassionate approach, emphasizing that emotions convey valuable information about our environment and ourselves when properly understood.

Born in Iran, Beradin relocated to the US at the age of 7 and has since made Los Angeles her home. Her diverse professional experience spans community mental health, school settings, PHP, IOP, short-term residential, and now long-term transitional care. Additionally, she has contributed to academia by teaching master’s-level courses in an MFT program.

In her personal life, Beradin finds solace in spending time with her loyal corgi companion, Murphie, who is an honorary member of the OPI office team. During her leisure moments, she enjoys walks with her dog, embarking on long drives, practicing yoga, cherishing quality time with loved ones, and reflecting in silence, contemplating the mysteries of life. Beradin’s ultimate life goal is to pursue self-actualization and help others achieve it, both in her professional practice and personal journey.
