Alexis Lloyd, M.A., LPC

Alexis Lloyd M.A LPC is the Clinical Director of Embark’s VIOP program. She completed her bachelor degree at Xavier University of Louisiana, her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Webster University and Alexis is currently finishing her PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education at Adler University. She is passionate about mentorship, teaching, and helping counselors find their niche in the mental health field. Alexis’ clinical background is working with children and families experiencing trauma and DCS involvement, sexual assault and domestic violence survivors, SMI, eating disorders, trauma, and substance use. Alexis a huge advocate for self care and enjoys spending her time traveling, taking adventures with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
