Michelle Hall, MS, Master of Science in Leadership

Michelle Hall serves as the Executive Director at Embark Klamath Falls, a licensed residential program catering to young adults aged 17-28 in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  With a career spanning over 25 years, Michelle joined the Embark team in 2022 and has worked in key leadership roles at organizations such as Apple, REI, and Target.

She holds a B.S. in Management from Bellevue University and an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, as well as certifications in human resources and hospitality management.  As a parent to two young adults, Michelle combines her personal experience with her extensive professional background to contribute to Embark Behavioral Health’s mission of healing families.

An avid reader, runner, hiker, and traveler, outside of work Michelle enjoys hitting the trails with her husband, slowly running half marathons, watching baseball (go Cubbies!), or reading a book.
