Michelle Hall is the Executive Director for Dragonfly Transitions, a program with three campuses for young adults in Southern Oregon. She brings over 25 years of leadership, operations, and customer service management experience to her role from a variety of organizations, including Apple, REI, and Target. She received her B.S. in Management from Bellevue University and her M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University as well as continuing education in hospitality, operations, and human resources. She brings her passion for growth and life-long learning to the Dragonfly team. Michelle loves working with the team, partners, families, and students to strategize ways to grow and improve the program and feels privileged to be a part of such a purpose-driven organization with Embark Behavioral Health. As a parent to two young adults, she brings a personal connection to the work as well as her professional experience. An avid reader, runner, hiker, and traveler, you can find her exploring the outdoors when she is not working, spending quality time with her family, watching baseball (go Cubbies!), or reading a book.
