Monja Griffin

Monja Griffin is the Assistant Program Director at Embark, San Martin. She grew up in Santa Cruz County, where she currently resides. Monja has worked in the behavioral health field since 2014, specializing in substance use disorder treatment. As a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II, she has successfully managed DUI and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs for narcotic treatment.

Guided by her core values of empathy and integrity, Monja is passionate about empowering others with self-efficacy and autonomy. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality behavioral health care, especially for adolescents, as they are our future.

In her free time, Monja enjoys propagating houseplants, going to the movies, traveling, and spending time with her family.
