Lani Grogan

Lani is the Executive Director in Greenwood Village with 11 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where she was also a scholarship collegiate softball athlete. Lani earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her clinical training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy from the Behavioral Tech Institute and has been trained as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional accredited by the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Over the course of Lani’s career, she has worked in a variety of levels of care. Her primary experience is within the PHP/IOP setting focusing on specialized treatment approaches in OCD, Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, and other Mood disorders for children, adolescents, and adults from both the clinical and operational viewpoints.

Prior to joining Embark, Lani held multiple operational leadership roles at Rogers Behavioral Health, spanning territories in Wisconsin, Colorado, California, Minnesota, Illinois, and Tennessee. She brings extensive expertise in clinical operations, business administration and development, lean management, and leadership to her current role.

As a leader, Lani is results-driven and strives to foster an environment where creativity, collaboration, and integrity flourish. By nurturing a culture of trust and respect, she strives to inspire her team to embrace challenges with enthusiasm and perseverance. Lani believes in leading by example and demonstrating empathy and transparency in all interactions.

A southside Chicago native, Lani now resides in the mountains of Colorado with her family. She enjoys all outdoor activities Colorado offers as well as gardening, reading, sports, and floral design.
