Kevin Trow

Kevin is the Enrollment Director at Embark’s residential treatment center in San Martin, California. Kevin grew up in the Washington DC area and made his way out west with an early career in the outdoor industry. He enjoyed working as a mountain and river guide in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Alaska, and Oregon. Kevin recently moved to California from Bend, Oregon where he lived for the last 10 years. He graduated from Oregon State University with a master’s degree in counseling and has worked in rural community mental health providing outpatient care, and as a crisis counselor in a stabilization center.

Kevin brings his expertise as a counselor to his role of Enrollment Director by connecting with families empathetically and providing compassionate informed consent about residential treatment to ensure a smooth transition to care. Kevin is pursuing his California Licensure as an LPCC and looks forward to being able to serve in a direct care role soon. On the weekends, Kevin enjoys backpacking, rafting, snowboarding, and hiking with his wife, daughter, and lab retriever.
