Ashlyn Thieman

I’m a dedicated professional with a background in DBT, CBT & Holistic therapy techniques with adolescents. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.  I also am currently in grad school for Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling.
Throughout my career, a few of the strong skills I’ve developed are; Self awareness, active listening, crisis intervention, and executive functioning skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and snowshoeing, going to concerts, playing with my dog marcel and spending time with my family.
