Embark Behavioral Health in Phoenix, Arizona, previously known as Doorways Counseling Center, is an outpatient treatment program whose therapists help adolescents, teens, and young adults with mental health issues. Our outpatient treatment helps young people struggling with issues like eating disorders through an intensive outpatient program (IOP), an eating disorder IOP, and a therapeutic day treatment program (also known as a partial hospitalization program, or PHP).
