Ryan Penhallegon

Ryan Penhallegon joined Embark Behavioral Health in 2014 after a successful 12 years in the employment industry. He is an experienced and valued leader as a Human Resources professional (SHRM-CP) and takes pride in leading the company in all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, payroll management, risk management, compliance, benefits, and worker’s compensation. At Embark, Ryan leads and mentors a national team of 23 HR professionals and growing! He graduated with a BA from Washington State University’s School of Hospitality Business Management. Ryan is the proud father of 4 wonderful children and the lucky spouse to an amazing, beautiful, and loving wife of 27 years. Ryan enthusiastically subscribes to weekend warrior-ism where you’ll find him mountain-biking on secluded trails of the Arizona backcountry, testing the limits of bike and self, sometimes resulting in up close and all-too-personal run-ins with desert cactus.
