
Ruben Rodriguez
Ruben Rodriguez joins Embark after working with Star View Community Services and The Guidance Center in Los Angeles County, working with children, adolescents, and adults. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Cal Sate Fullerton and his Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. He participated in the Peer Pupil Services program at USC and developed clinical skills within local school districts. He has received training and certification through Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT). He became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2020 and has used his license to assist clients/families navigate trauma, generational trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, foster/adoption systems, and eating disorders. Outside of work Ruben enjoys cooking, traveling, golfing, reading, and spending time with his wife and dog Caramelo.
