Matthew Dale, MA (Master of Arts in Education)

Matthew Dale is the Vice President of Operations for the West Coast Outpatient Division of Embark Behavioral Health. Matthew received his Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services from the Pennsylvania State University and then went on to receive his Master’s degree in Education from La Salle University. Over the past 20+ years, Matthew has dedicated his life to the Behavioral Health field, serving in multiple capacities which includes Clinician, Operational Director, and multi-state Executive Director throughout the continuum of care.

Matthew is a servant leader, who over the course of his career, has dedicated himself to improving system processes and access to treatment, increasing fiscal management in established and start-up corporations, and creating impermeable cultures of care to increase workforce development and stabilization. The development and implementation of key performance indicators has helped him guide his teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes for their patients and families.

Matthew is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia Metro area and currently resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys distance running, cycling, and takes frequent trips to the Jersey Shore with his family.
