Jade has been working in the mental health field for 12 years. Within that time, she has run multiple programs for adolescent girls. She has been trained in trauma informed care, DBT, and various de-escalation techniques. Jade is a seasoned trainer in safety care as well as the Embark Treatment approach. Jade places a high priority on safety within a residential program and is extremely invested in working with adolescents to give them the care they may not have had.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and her son. You will often find her in the water with her paddle board or camping with friends.
