Chanté Jackson is a primary therapist at Embark Behavioral Health on the Main Line. Chanté is a registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) with a Master of Arts degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Chanté has experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization, partial care programs, and individual therapy. Since completing her degree, Chanté has worked with children and adolescents addressing various behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, other mental health disorders, and family conflict. With a degree and training in dance/movement therapy, Chanté combines traditional talk therapy with experiential expressive treatment as a way to promote emotional recognition, strengthen the mind/body connection, thus empowering clients. In her free time, Chanté enjoys spending time with her dog, Luna, hanging out with friends and family, spending time outside, and reading.
