Travis joined the Embark team in 2023. Providing 22 years of experience in the behavioral health industry working with adolescents on all levels.
Travis Stear, MBA. has enjoyed a career working with adolescents who struggle with behavioral health needs for over 20 years. He began his career working in Juvenile Corrections after graduating college. After 8 years, he transplanted to St. Louis where he began working at SSM St. Joseph’s Wentzville Behavioral Health Unit as a Adolescent Psychiatric Technician for over 8 years. While working he focused on getting his master’s degree in business administration. After completing his MBA, Travis accepted a role with CenterPointe Hospital as a Business Development Rep. Travis soon became the Director of Business Development for 2 years. Currently, he is the Director of Clinical Partnerships for the St. Louis region.
Travis is passionate about guiding families towards the proper resources when they are in need. At Embark, Travis assists patients, families, referral partners and other members of the community to find high quality mental health services throughout our continuum of care. Additionally, Travis is a “Girl Dad” who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
