Nicole Ferree

Nicole began working for Embark in July of 2024 as a therapist. She holds a Mathematics and Secondary Education bachelor’s degree from Marymount University, and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s degree from Regent University. After teaching high school math for 4 years, she transitioned to being a child and adolescent counselor at a private practice. Nicole has worked with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, attention hyperactivity-deficit disorder, trauma, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and more. She is trained in EMDR and uses a trauma-informed, dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy approach with clients. In her spare time, Nicole can be found playing with her two dogs, hiking, camping, training for her next race, or reading.
