Matthew Oberg has worked in the mental health and addiction treatment field for over five years, bringing a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight to every role he takes on. His experience spans a wide range of responsibilities across IOP and PHP levels of care—including facilitating therapeutic groups, building strategic partnerships, and designing operational workflows that improve both client outcomes and team efficiency.

With a deep commitment to making care more compassionate, accessible, and effective, Matthew focuses on building systems that not only support the clinical mission but also foster a healthy, respectful work culture. He believes that strong internal collaboration is just as vital as external outreach when it comes to helping individuals and families heal.

In his free time, Matthew is passionate about studying the mind, consciousness, and the body’s innate ability to heal. Think Dr. Joe Dispenza meets Deepak Chopra. He believes in blending science, spirituality, and purpose—not just in his personal life, but in how he approaches this work. Because true healing goes far beyond a diagnosis—it starts with belief, connection, and the willingness to grow.

He’s also a proud dog dad to Riley, his energetic Maltese Shih Tzu, who reminds him daily of the power of unconditional love, presence, and joy.
