Jeff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in Southern Utah.
Jeff was raised in Southern California where he enjoyed athletics for most of his life. Jeff grew up playing soccer, baseball, and football. He played football and baseball in high school and transitioned to Track & Field in college where he threw shotput, discus, hammer, and javelin for two years. Jeff fills his competitive cup these days by participating in St. George City softball leagues/tournaments where he plays and umpires. Jeff has also been known to travel out of state to participate in Clean and Sober softball tournaments. Jeff graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later graduated from Argosy University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jeff has been a clinician in Southern Utah since 2012 using DBT interventions to work with clients of all ages. Jeff has a plethora of experience in his time as a clinician including multiple RTCs, Adult Probation & Parole, Stabilization and Mobile Response as a crisis worker in which he was certified with the State of Utah to do. Jeff brings a very honest and relational approach to working with others and takes great pride in helping others to become the best versions of themselves.
